The development of North Monaghan Primary Care Unit is expected to be completed late next year.
The project includes the refurbishment of the old Blackwater House facility at St Davnet's Campus, Monaghan into the new Care Centre.
Once this project is completed it will be the main Healthcare Campus for North Monaghan with a broad range of services including Community Nursing; Dietetics; Dentistry; and aspects of Adult Mental Health Services among others.

Construction began on the site in March 2021 with work said to be 'well underway' and due to be delivered in the third quarter of 2022.
