Number of people in hospital with Covid 19 increased by 15% in the past week

The number of people being treated in hospital with Covid 19 has increased by 15 percent in the past week.

127 were receiving treatment last night, while there were 43 in ICU.

The five-day moving average now stands at 431, which has increased by five percent in the past seven days.

It comes as the Health Minister warns face masks could be needed until Autumn or early Winter.
