A peaceful protest for more services for children with disabilities took place in Cavan Town earlier.
Organisers of the protest say many children in Cavan are still waiting for the disability services and supports they desperately need.
It's the fifth protest organised by parents Rachel Kearns and Serena Dawson, who have raised their concerns about the lack of early intervention therapy services.
The protest heard that some children are waiting years for essential therapies. Serena says these children are being failed on so many levels.
She said three of her own children who have been diagnosed with autism having been waiting for years to access the services they urgently need.
Serena said her 8 year old son has been waiting for 7 years on a list for speech and language.
The Co Cavan mother had this message for the HSE and the government.
