That’s the view of local Green Party representative for County Monaghan, Tate Donnelly.
Yesterday, Shannonside Northern Sound News revealed that the Independent Councillor for Monaghan town attended the Oireachtas Golf Society dinner without quarantining after a golfing trip in Spain.
The former Cavan-Monaghan TD apologised for attending the Clifden event when he spoke on The Joe Finnegan Show, but has been unavailable for comment since it was confirmed he’d been in Alicante eight days previous.
