Cignal Infrastructure is seeking permission to construct a 30-meter high telecommunications mast in Bailieborough, Co Cavan.
The works would take place at a site in the townland of Gartnaneane.
The 30-meter high structure, carrying antennae and dishes, will be enclosed within 2.4 metre high fencing.

There is a mast within 600 metres of this site, but that structure will be removed should planning permission be granted to Cignal Infrastructure.
The Design Statement says the proposed structure would "make a positive contribution in the region" and enable people in the region to work remotely.
