Planning permission has been approved for 17 homes in Cavan in recent days. The permission will allow for a serviced residential development consisting of a three storey duplex block containing three, one bed and three, two bed units, one three storey duplex block containing four, one bed and four, two bed units and one block containing three, two bed own door apartments.
Car parking, bin store, bicycle storage, connection to foul and surface water sewer and all associated works have been given the go-ahead with this application.
Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted. County planners gave Vogue Homes the green light for the delivery of these homes with 25 conditions attached.
