Cavan County Council has granted planning permission to upgrade the Ballyjamesduff Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The proposed development comprises demolition of existing above ground tanks and kiosks and below ground structures within the existing site; construction of new buildings, new plant, and ancillary and associated development within the existing site.
Ancillary and associated development works will include the removal of existing trees and vegetation; extension of fence line to new site boundary as well as mechanical and electrical service connections.
