Planning lodged for 26 houses in Castleblayney

Planning permission has been lodged with Monaghan County Council in recent days for 26 homes in Castleblayney.

The purposed development will consist of the construction of 26 two storey no. 2 and 3 Bed semi-detached and terraced dwellings with a new entrance off Railway Road.

Apart of the planning application is car parking, footpaths, open space, public lighting, landscaping, retaining walls and boundary treatments at the Connabury site in Castleblayney.

County planners will decide on the application in the coming months.
