Planning permission is being sought for 49 homes in Co Monaghan.
The planned dwellings Tully in Monaghan Town would comprise of 22 no. 3 bed two-storey semi-detached dwellings, 9 no. 4 bed two-storey semi-detached dwellings, 5 no. 2 bed single-storey semi-detached homes, 1 no. 4 bed single-storey semi-detached dwelling along with 1 no. 2 bed two-storey semi-detached dwelling,
11 no. 2 bed terraced dwellings are also being proposed by Geda Construction Company Ltd. Boundary treatments, retaining walls, hard and soft landscaping, public lighting, connection to all main public services, new entrance and access road onto public road with all ancillary and associated site works are all being sought as part of this application. County planners will decide on this application by mid October.
