Organised by the IFA, farmers say they're seeking an increase in product prices to offset rise input costs.

Poultry farmers are continuing to protest outside LIDL supermarkets in Cavan and Monaghan this morning.

The action began at 11am yesterday, and will remain in place until 11 o'clock this morning.

The German retailer is being targeted because of claims it recently reduced the price of Irish chicken products.
