A sentence hearing for the three men who were convicted yesterday will take place later this month.

A director of Quinn Industrial Holdings says the person ultimately responsible for the Kevin Lunney attack still hasn't been convicted.

Three men were yesterday found guilty of falsely imprisoning and intentionally causing harm to Mr Lunney in Cavan, while a fourth was acquitted.

It took Mr Justice Tony Hunt over five hours to sum up the relevant evidence heard during the 40-day trial and to outline the reasoning behind the court’s verdicts.
