The first event will be in Cavan at 7am on Friday.

The regional IFA Chairman says they'll continue protests if they don't get a resolution on Friday.

The farming organisation is holding a series of national rallies at the end of the week, in opposition to the Government's emissions regulations, which it says will decimate Ireland's largest indigenous sector.

The first event will be in Cavan at 7am, before making its way to Roscommon in the afternoon and on to Portlaoise and Cork.
