Gardaí have renewed their appeal to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of two teenagers from the region.
15-year-old Chloe Lawrence was last seen in Emyvale, Co Monaghan more than 10 days ago. While 17-year-old Shane Hafford was last seen in Stradone, County Cavan, on the evening of Friday 26th of January,
Chloe Lawrence was last seen at approximately 8am on Wednesday morning, January 31st in Emyvale.
Chloe is described as being approximately 5 foot 4 inches in height with a slight build. She has brown hair and blue eyes. It is understood Chloe may have travelled to Dublin.

Meanwhile Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 17-year-old Shane Hafford, who was last seen in Stradone, County Cavan, on the evening of Friday 26th January 2024. Shane is described as being approximately 5 foot 9 inches in height with a slim build, short brown hair and green eyes. When last seen, Shane was wearing a navy/royal blue Under Armour tracksuit.
Shane is known to frequent Dublin city centre. Anyone with information on Shane's whereabouts is asked to contact Cavan Garda Station on 049 436 8800, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
