A Co. Monaghan man has explained the importance of sport for middle aged men.
Local farmer Frank Brady is the manager of the Monaghan Masters Gaelic Football team.
Masters football brings together men aged 40 and over, to compete in an inter-county football competition.
Monaghan are in action this weekend, as Brady's side take on Down in Latton tomorrow at 2pm.
Speaking to Northern Sound, the local man explained how the competition helps to "keep him happy".
