Search for missing local man ends after body found

Following the discovery of a man's body earlier in County Cavan, the missing person appeal for William Cranley has been stood down.

Gardaí issued an appeal on Wednesday night in a bid for to locate the 34 year-old who was reported missing from his home in Mullagh, Co.Cavan.

William was last seen there at approximately 4am on Tuesday morning, April 30th.
