A Senator has called for anti-bullying legislation to be passed in light of the passing of Eden Heaslip.
The Cavan teenager died by suicide after being bullied over a period of time.
Sharon Keoghan spoke in the Seanad yesterday and asked for legislators to "hear the Heaslip family" and "put a stop to this senseless suffering".
