Seven additional covid-related deaths and 482 cases, including 22 cases across Cavan and Monaghan

A further seven covid-related deaths have been recorded, all of which occurred in November.

There has also been an additional 482 confirmed cases.

It brings the number of covid-19 related deaths to 1,972 and the total number of confirmed cases to 67,099.

Locally, there were a further 13 confirmed cases in Monaghan and 9 in Cavan.

The national 14-day incidence rate per 100,000 is 129.2.

Both Cavan and Monaghan are below this rate, with Cavan's 14-day incidence rate standing at 107.6 while Monaghan's is 128.7.
