Nine towns and villages in Cavan and Monaghan are to receive over €244,000 as part of a major funding package delivered by Minister Heather Humphreys.
In Co Cavan, projects in Cootehill, Killeshandra, Kilnalack and Swanlinbar will share over €106,000 under the Town and Village Renewal Scheme.
While in Monaghan over €137,000 will be used to fund projects in Clones, Carrickmacross, Castleblaney, Ballybay and Monaghan Town.
