The Advanced Technology Building in Monaghan town is expected to be complete in early 2021.
The IDA was given planning permission for the factory building in Knockaconny in September 2018.
It's hoped it will attract foreign direct investment into the area.

The IDA is currently marketing the site to overseas companies on its website and it's expected to appeal most to companies in the manufacturing and
supply chain businesses.
Councillors in Monaghan were recently told the building is expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2021.
