Teenagers in Cavan are owing "thousands of pounds" to Dublin drug dealers.
Con Cullen, a Team Leader with Bounce Back Youth Service says weed is now more accessible to young people in the region than alcohol.
He said there will be a long lasting effect on young people in Cavan and Monaghan because they weren't receiving proper supports and development opportunities over the past year.
