The tender assessment for the CTEK II building in Carrickmacross is to commence this week.
The tender period closed on the 21st of March.
It's estimated that 40 jobs would be created by the opening of the building and it's hoped that construction will get underway in quarter three of this year.

In April last year, €3.1 million was announced for the south Monaghan enterprise and co-working hub.
It's thought the CTEK II will be completed by the end of 2023.
