Tender published for major childcare extension in Newbliss

A tender has been published for a major extension to a Monaghan childcare facility.

Newbliss Childcare Services are seeking contractors to carry out the works on its site in Guardhill.

The works include an extension to the childcare facility to include new classrooms, toilets and disabled toilets.

Also included is a new staffroom, entrance foyer and canopy including an access ramp, and storage.

External works will include the addition of 8 parking spaces, upgrades to existing disabled spaces, and the installation of new EV charging points.

Tender documents state that works should be finished within 26 weeks of the contract beginning.

The estimated value of the contract is in the region of €500,000.
