The UN High Commissioner for Refugees says the Government must take swift action ensure that refugees can be provided with accommodation without delay.
The call comes as the Taoiseach said additional accommodation options for the immediate term have been identified to house Ukranian refugees.
Accommodation at Gormanston Camp will open on Monday to accommodate up to 200 Ukrainian refugees.
