The HSE has told staff to protect urgent care - as the health service tries to deal with the impact of a major cyber attack.
The IT systems were targetted by hackers on Friday - and it's led to thousands of appointments in the coming week being cancelled.
Chemotherapy and dialysis services are continuing as normal, but radiology is among the areas scaled back.
