A vigil is being held this Sunday evening in Cavan to remember the people of Gaza.
The solidarity event is being orgainised by the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign.
The vigil is being held in the town square at the post office in the town from 7pm on the eve of one year since the conflict is Gaza began. Sean O Raghallaigh one of the organisers of the event says events like these offer locals an opportunity to highlight that the Irish Government should be doing more.
