Businesses are beginning to feel the effects of the significant increase in energy costs while more than 44 percent have experienced a substantial increase in transport costs.
The latest InterTradeIreland Business Monitor points to a pattern of slowing growth as rising costs put pressure on Irish business.
It also warns the economic road ahead looks uncertain.
