The young woman who died in a road traffic collision close to Butlers Bridge yesterday morning has been named locally as Ciara Lynch Ellis from Cavan town.
The road reopened this morning following a forensic investigation and Gardai are appealing to witnesses to come forward.
Ms Lynch Ellis is survived by her parents and siblings.
She will be laid to rest in Killygarry cemetery following Funeral mass on Saturday morning.
Meanwhile two women remain in hospital following the accident.
The road was closed to facilitate a forensic examination of the scene.
