Works on the Cavan to Enniskillen road are to begin this week.
£300,000 will be spend reconstructing, realigning and resurfacing sections of the A509 road through Co Fermanagh.
The North's Department of Infrastructure says the works will see the widening of the road, as well as the provision of new drainage.

It says the works are expected to take 12 weeks to complete and road closures will be needed at points.
Diversions will be in place when the road is closed and local access will be maintained.
