Planning permission is being sought to resume and extend a partially completed Housing Development in Cavan that ceased during the economic downturn.
The works would see the construction of five two-storey dwellings in the existing Church View Housing Development in Ballyhaise.
The plans also include provision to resume and extend the Service Road, and to develop a communal garden between the existing Church View Housing Estate and the proposed development.

This would require the removal of floor slabs at foundations for two dwellings installed during the original development.
