Carrickmacross Toy Library now a 'national hub'. The Carrickmacross Toy Library is now the hub of Toy Libraries Ireland. Indeed, this is a new national movement. The movement is promoting community toy libraries nation wide. Moreover, to celebrate the launch, Toy Libraries Ireland has released a 'Starting a Toy Library' playbook.
