A Co Cavan family will battle it out on this week on Ireland’s Fittest Family.
The Stratford's from Virginia will, represent Cavan this weekend on the hit RTE show.
The Stratford's, are no strangers to challenges, as they thrive in mountain running, kayaking, and the pursuit of 'absolute hardship'. New presenter Laura Fox is on the hunt to find the nation's Fittest Family. She's not the only new kid on the block, as legendary athlete Sonia O'Sullivan will be joining Nina Carberry, Davy Fitzgerald and Donnacha O'Callaghan to push the families to their limits and over the finish line for the coveted title and €15,000.
