Grace Farrelly who has been crowned the 2024 Cavan Rose says she is very exciting for the coming weeks.
The 19-year-old English and Sociology student says she has really enjoyed the experience so far. Indeed, Grace cant wait for the main event in Tralee next month.
She takes over the sash from Knockbride's Tara Rogers. Grace attends college in Maynooth and her hobbies include singing, playing the piano, reading and going to the gym and she works part-time as a cleaner at Cavan General Hospital.
Ronan Gargan spoke to Grace to find out how things have been since being selected as the Cavan rose to represent the county in Kerry in August.
