Cllr Shane P O'Reilly new speed limits, road conditions, N3. It's been revealed that the cost of erecting signage for new 60km speed limits in Co Cavan has cost €350,000.
Cllr Shane P O'Reilly asked if you have ever seen such a waste of money in all our lives? The local councillor was infuriated to hear the cost. Moreover, adding that he believed the signage will do nothing to help with road safety.
The independent Ireland councillor also sad The roads alongside the N3 in the wider Virginia area are in a scandalous condition due to high volumes of traffic diverting off the national route.

Cllr O'Reilly has been speaking to Ronan Gargan and he says he has never seen the roads in the area as bad during his 21 years in politics.
