The Coeliac Society of Ireland has launched Awareness Week 2023 and is encouraging families to take a proactive approach to their health by getting tested for coeliac disease and gluten intolerance.
Awareness Week will run from the 15th of May to the 20th of May 2023 and includes a mix of online and in-person gatherings throughout the country. Sarah Keogh, head dietician with the Coeliac Society of Ireland spoke to the Wider View this week. And she began be explaining what the disease is.
