Contracts signed for transformative Percy French building. Contracts have been signed for a major development at the former Percy French Hotel site in Ballyjamesduff.
Indeed, following this week's development; diggers are now due on site in the coming weeks. The project will redevelop and refurbish the former Percy French Hotel and site in the centre of Ballyjamesduff. Thus providing a remote working hub and community facility.

Moreover, the Ballyjamesduff Community and Enterprise Hub received a €7.6m Rural Regeneration Grant last year.

Furthermore, Cllr Trevor Smith says the former hotel will become a state of the art community building. Cllr Smith said this is a very welcome announcement for the wider Ballyjamesduff area.
