€235,000, the average price of a 3-bed semi in Monaghan. The price of the average second-hand three-bed semi in County Monaghan has increased to €235,000; up 7pc from €220,000 in the last twelve months. This is according to a national survey by Real Estate Alliance.
Indeed, across the county, average prices have remained steady this quarter. While the average time taken to sell is currently four weeks, the Q1 REA Average House Price Index shows. The survey shows that across the county, 50pc of purchasers were first-time buyers, while a total of 20pc of sales in the county this quarter were attributed to landlords leaving the market.
