Final issues ironed out on Draft Monaghan County Development Plan. The elected members of Monaghan County Council voted on five issues contained in the county's Development Plan 2025 - '31; at their monthly meeting yesterday. Now, it is up to the Chief Executive and his team to include the final amendments. Indeed, it is then expected to be brought back to councillors by May for official ratification.
