The Housing Minister Darragh O'Brien is in Co Monaghan today to announce the delivery and purposed delivery of social and affordable homes in the county.
Monaghan County Council intends to develop an additional 50 social homes along with 20 affordable purchase houses at Latlorcan under design build contracts using modern methods of construction.
30 social homes are being officially delivered today in Castleblayney alongside 7 in Ballybay.
