Concerns have been raised locally about an incident that occurred at Drum Lough last Sunday (February 16th).
Local councillor, Richard Truell raised the matter at a meeting of Ballybay-Clones MD this week.
According to Cllr. Truell, he was informed by his constituents that the fishing stand at the lake had gone on fire.

In a post on social media, the councillor said he has spoken to Gardaí and they are aware of the issues being reported.
Cllr. Truell has reassured residents that Gardaí are doing a great job under challenging circumstances.
He called on anyone experiencing issues to report them to Clones or Monaghan Garda Station.
