Local students have their say on Netflix's 'Adolescence'. A number of students from Coláiste Dún an Rí in Kingscourt featured on RTE's Upfront with Katie Hannon last night. Accompanied by school principal Mr Fergal Boyle; students Cadence Mooney; Aoife Kennedy, Emily Ward, Amy Monaghan, Danielle Rooney, Darragh Byrne, Daniel Whelan, Liam Raymond, Aaron Smith and Mairead McCaul took part in an open discussion about the hit Netflix show 'Adolescence'. The show centres on a 13-year-old schoolboy named Jamie Miller who is arrested for the murder of a female classmate. The show has also sparked a national conversation about the impact of social media and "manosphere" influencers.
