A Co Monaghan business owner has just set a new Guinness World Record. In collaboration with SpudFest 2025, at the weekend Seany McCleary of the popular Blasta Street Kitchen set a new record for the most hot tacos assembled by a team of two in 60 seconds. This isn’t the first time the Monaghan man has made history, back in 2019 he completed a new Guinness World Record for the longest line of tacos which raised thousands of much needed funds for Jigsaw Mental Health Services.
