Listen Back: REA House Price Index for Cavan. The REA has released it's latest House Index Property Prices for Cavan and Monaghan.
It indicated that in Co Cavan the price of the average second-hand three-bed semi rose to €225,000 in 2025, up 16.9pc from €192,500 at the end of 2024.
While in Co Monaghan it rose to €250,000 in 2025, up 6.4pc from €235,000 at the end of 2024.
