Safety concerns on Lough Sheelin has been raised by local councillor Trevor Smith.
The Fine Gael reperesentive raised the issue at yesterday's Ballyjamesduff Municipal District meeting.
Cllr Smith said the concerns and dangers centre around the need for a amendment to current bye laws.
Changes are needed surrounding a cap on engine size using local lakes like Lough Sheelin and members of Inland Fisheries Ireland can implement the bye laws. The local councillor joined Ronan Gargan to tell him more.
