Support available to those impacted by Storm Eowyn. A Monaghan councillor has highlighted that the Humanitarian Assistance Scheme is available to support households directly affected by Storm Eowyn. Furthermore, Fine Gael's Pauric Clerkin said it's important for households impacted by the storm to know that help is available. Moreover, the scheme provides income-tested financial assistance to alleviate hardship, following a three-stage approach.
