Jade a member of the LGBT community in Castleblayney spoke about how important visibility was in a rural town like Castleblayney.
The rise of homophobia across the region was also discussed on the show by Sharon Casey who is a volunteer with Cavan & Monaghan Rainbow Youth group along with two local members, Punk and Roisin.
Co Cavan resident Gary Brazil spoke about being a married gay man and his own experience of coming out along with advice that he has for others in a similar position.
