Over 30 events are taking place in Co Monaghan today to mark National Biodiversity week.
The event begin today and run up until Sunday week. Kicking off on 16th May; and, all in all, there is an action packed schedule of events planned for National Biodiversity Week here in Monaghan
The events aim to encourage people to get out into nature and support their local wildlife. Furthermore, a number of activities for people of all ages are taking place to mark National Biodiversity Week. Certainly, there is something for everyone. Thus, from bat walks and bird talks; nature storytelling; and crafts; Sliabh Beagh Tour; and the much-anticipated launch of the Flora of Monaghan Book. Indeed, with lots more in-between!
