With Down having claimed 1 of the last 4 spots in the Bank Of Ireland Dr Mc Kenna cup it leaves 6 other sides looking to fill the 3 remaining positions. Among them will be Cavan and Monaghan with the Breffni side in the better position to reach the knock out stages as they registered a win over Antrim on Sunday and know a victory over Armagh tomorrow evening in Kingspan Breffni will secure them a semi final spot.
