Following their defeat at the hands of Tyrone in the Ulster championship quarter final on Saturday past, the Cavan senior team will now return to their clubs before preparing for life in Division 4 of the Allianz National football league next season. Speaking on Sports beat on Monday night former Breffni star Ciaran Brady noted that while Cavan had been unfortunate with a number of injuries to key players during the league, it was also their performances during that competition that seen them not bring any momentum into the championship
