Ballyhaise opened their Cavan SFC campaign with a convincing 27-point victory.
Larragh United had no response as they first trailed 3-10 to five points at half-time. Ballyhaise going on to win out 6-27 to 10-points.
Two first half goals from Michael Brady and a Martin Conaty penalty setup the Ballyhaise win. Aodhagan Watters, Cormac Clarke and Brady completing his hat-trick wrapped up the goals.
