It was a 2nd victory for the Carrick club in the provincial competition as they continue to make history

Carrickmacross have advanced to a first ever Ulster club junior hurling final following a two-13 to 18 points victory over Na Magha of Derry at Carrickamore on Saturday. Na Magha were five points up at half-time before two second half goals from Shane Slevin and Luke McKenna saw Carrick draw level with five minutes remaining. The Monaghan champions won by the smallest of margins after hitting three of the last five scores. Carrickmacross manager Aidan Slevin revealed the half-time team talk paid dividends.

Craobh Rua of Armagh will provide the opposition in that final after they accouted for Con Magees of Antrim in the other semi final by 14 points to 11.
